Friday, November 3, 2023 - Food pairing/hotel buffet: Very intense and unique nose. Floral and spicy (perhaps almost vegetal).
On the palate, this also expresses itself paired with a certain crunchiness.
the wine lacks refinedness but definitely high qpr. Profits from air.
