Friday, September 8, 2023 - France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour at Veuve Cliquot. PN50, C30, PM20, 7yrs on lees. Honey, date paste, yeast, subtle pear on the nose. The palate shows citrus out front, yeast, stone, green fruits. 92+pts.
