Friday, December 29, 2023 - Lemon juice, ripe green melon , passion fruit, ripe pineapple, ripe yellow apple, white pepper, rubber/plastic/tbn and wet stone, on the nose. Intensity of aromas is medium +. It reminds me of Pfalz Riesling. The palate, however is pretty bitter and mineral driven - more like dry Mosel Riesling. it shows flavors of wet stone, lemon, lime, white pepper and cumin; rather than tropical fruit. Intensity of flavors is medium. Structured and elegant.

Speaking of structure, this has quite a bit. Medium + body and high acid. It’s going to go for a pretty long time. Drinking well now; with a lot of interesting places to go still. Drink or hold for 3-5 more years.
