Saturday, January 27, 2024 - A very pale gold yellow color in the center dissipating into more of a green, yellow at the rim. On the nose it is not especially noticeable other than typical grassy green pea. On the pallet it is not acidic with a clean and elegant finish somewhat minerally but incredibly short. With a refreshing grassy early pallet this is a nice drink but lacks in complexity and longevity that some might desire.
