Petrol, citrus peel on the nose. Citrus, peach, green apple on the palate with a little salinity. Dry, high acid, light body, medium finish with citrus and saline.

Pale yellow. Fresh pear on the nose which comes through on the palate as well. Very tart lime with a long very citrusy finish with some petrol with warming most noticeable also with the finish

A very pale gold yellow color in the center dissipating into more of a green, yellow at the rim. On the nose it is not especially noticeable other than typical grassy green pea. On the pallet it is not acidic with a clean and elegant finish somewhat minerally but incredibly short. With a refreshing grassy early pallet this is a nice drink but lacks in complexity and longevity that some might desire.

Nose: plastic and petrol, slight lemon
Palate: light body, small amount of fruits, but nothing remarkable

Peach, lemon, petrol and mineral notes. Long steely dry finish with good acidic balance. Served with a baked chicken, spinach, brie and walnut tart.
