Friday, January 19, 2024 - Tasted at a restaurant in Burgundy. Intense and dense with red cherry and sour cherry fruit. Earthy and even remotely meaty base notes. A nicely structured palate with a good amount intensity. Decanted for maybe 30min and no harm in going longer too.
