Friday, March 1, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles - The Verticals (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Vertical. An excellent Pommard that needs lots of time. Bold black fruit are slightly brooding now, very firm in the middle. I have three magnums in the cellar, and will give them another decade of rest.
