Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Medium pink. Crisp, fruity, small red strawberries and some stone fruit, peaches. Plenty of life in this, it tasted as fresh as did at the Domaine (which is where I bought it), it's a serious Rosé but not so serious that you have to think much about it. Perfect in the situation, it has a joyful nature whilst also having some backbone, really good.
Today was one of the first days that felt like spring, and this wine was helped by sunshine.
