Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Wow, an absolutely stunning bottle of this. Open, radiant and full-throttle, this is a great bottle of 2009. Notes of citrus, red berries, deep minerality, sweet spices, a touch of oxidation as it is in the house style, layered and complex. It‘s full bodied, powerful and dense, with excellent freshness of high acidity and creamy bubbles, more on the vinous side as always here. Long finish with great complexity. A stunning Champange of the highest level.
