Monday, March 25, 2024 - Brought this wine to Lao Beijing for a wine dinner. Theme of the evening: Super Tuscan wines with no Sangiovese, 2010 or older, $120 and above.

Decanted for an hour. Brickish-purple, with a nose that presented youthful notes. Sweet, powerful attack with a mellow midpalate.

A little disjointed at this point. May need more time in the bottle for the elements to come together nicely.
