Community Tasting Note

Thursday, March 28, 2024 - 1st half bottle from a case bought after a 2018 tasting of 40 2016's in which I rated this top. Big nose of blackcurrant as I opened the bottle, then some undergrowth which has now gone leaving clean blackcurrant, pencil shavings and cedar. Loads of fruit and soft tannins and a very long finish with a touch of bitterness. Fully mature in 375.
