Thursday, April 11, 2024 - Time in the bottle and this wine is transformed. The "leesy" flavours have been soaked up yet the texture, white nectarine and pear remain. Lovely wine and easy drinking. Would like to see a little more tension so a half bottle remains for a day 2 check in. Stay tuned.
