Monday, December 4, 2023 - Pale gold colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with yellow apples, lemon, smoke, butter and charred wood. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, lemon, smoke, butter and charred wood. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good German White in a reductive Burgundy style with great potential. Drink now, but preferably wait a couple of years, up to ten years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
