Friday, May 22, 2009 - German wine tasting (Martins office): Clear light color. Pure and delicate nose with notes of sweet yellow apples and plums. Good mouth fill with a tight acid grip as backbone. Very intense flavours of green apples first and marzipan on the finish. Nice length.
