Saturday, November 14, 2009 - Very good, still quite young and surprisingly Burgundian pinot enjoyed earlier tonight with Kim and another couple at Jasmine at the Bellagio in Vegas. Excellent pairing with slightly spicy Chinese food. Popped and poured, medium bodied, well balanced, a reasonable QPR at the price point this wine is generally available at and I definitely do recommend this wine. Nose bright with blueberry, cherry and plum. Primary flavors included a hint of soy, darker cherry then on the nose, white pepper and mint.
