Monday, March 1, 2010 - Tasted in Au Jardin, Singapore, 27Feb2010. Beautiful fruit (pineapple, grapefruit), off dry, balanced by clean acidity cutting right through the foie gras. Some petrol in the nose, long refreshing cleansing finish. What a treat!
