Friday, September 10, 2010 - Decanted one hour. A bit of browning at the edges. Dark fruits on the nose, with licorice, cedar and black tea. Plums and red fruits on the palate, with leather, forest floor, rosemary and a hit of black pepper. Long finish. Started to thin after an hour. Delicious, but I would drink up whatever is left.
