Much more expressive than when first tasted 6 months ago but still too young to unfold its full potential. Mid+ bodied with firm, dry tanins that require time to soften, bright fruit and balancing acidity. Long finish. This is a big xinomavro that unlike ramnista, retains the varietal and regional signature characteristics. From 2014. I guess this will become one of the greatest greek reds ever when fully mature.
