Nice pale yellow the nose is very precise with hints of peach, nuts and a briny sea foam. The palate expresses great purity predominated by sea mineral rounded by ripe pit fruit. The oyster shell finish is really impressive persisting nearly 2 minutes. So happy to have purchased this.
