Friday, September 19, 2003 - A heavenly night of Pichon!!! (Seattle, WA, USA): A uniquely doughy nose, very yeasty, almost like baking sourdough bread. The palate is voluptous in texture with a lemony edge behind the leesy notes. The finish is terrific, huge actually, with searing acidity that really brings this wine into focus. Very nice.
