Sunday, April 17, 2011 - This second bottle experience was much like the first. Not much more to add other than running it through a vinturi smooths it out nicely and there is something in the bouquet that is stone-like. Maybe it has something to do with the minerality, or maybe it's something else that I can't identify.

4/18/2011 7:11:00 PM - The guys from Calcareous import this I think, and they're known for their mineral-loving ways! This is a simple aussie=style wine but it was definitely worth it, with the acid and minerality to it, and I don't like Aussie wines!
