Penetrating aromas of flint, high-toned or high-strung fruit, and an element of cheese rind. In the mouth, great Les Clos character of "singing stone" with the fruit double-parked on a firm slab of acid; this is a good deal more tightly wrapped than its 2002 counterpart at the same stage of evolution. Wants to unwind and needs another couple of years.
