Friday, March 7, 2008 - Mugnier Tasting at World of Pinot Noir (Shell Beach, CA): Mugnier tasting. Incredibly elegant wine with perfect balance already. Wine seems subtle in every way but each component works perfectly with all others - fruit, spice, minerality, tannins, acidity, etc. Every taste over the course of the hour showed slightly different and exciting flavors. Really a great wine that should be held to 2015 or even much longer.
