Sunday, August 14, 2011 - Popped 1 hour before first pour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Very expressive scents of dark florals - violets, black cherry, cola and cinnamon. Palate: Medium to full bodied, black cherry, smoke, and tangy spice. Finish: Lengthy sense luscious red fruit and cola.
