Thursday, September 22, 2011 - Very clean aromas, still very fresh with very good definition with florality, fruitiness and salty minerality. Texture is almost creamy and minerality is very elegant although it leaves an almost phenolic astringency. Body is medium+ and flavours open up in the palate like a peacock's tail. Has roundness and fruit reaches the ripeness of peach (I mean it has riper fruit than just lemon). Elegant and balanced, although extracted wine at 13.5% abv with good ageing potential.
