Saturday, October 15, 2011 - The Big Bordeaux Redux: 1986, 1990, 1995 and 1998 (Rocknroller's (Kevin's)): Light gold color. It's been nearly 2 years since last having this wine. It was outstanding then and did not disappoont now either. Fairly consistent with previous note. Yeasty, nutty, fresh, smoky/toasty, green fruits. Palate is quite lively with pear, apple, toast, yeast. Excellent. 92+pts.
