Friday, February 24, 2012 - The nose burst with great notes of cherry cola and floral notes. with a hint of vanilla and some caramel popcorn notes..... This wine just smells smooth as velvet. On the palate it is as smooth as it smells and then some. Great texture that floats on the tongue. Great hints of strawberry, fresh wild flowers and some oak in the background and dare I say some smoked cigar lingering. Great finish that makes you want to lick your lips. Man I am starting to enjoy Pinot's more and more.
