Friday, January 7, 2011 - Totally Over the Top Lunch and Tasting (Tocqueville Restaurant - New York NY): Sensational perfumed aromas to start with great spice, some good red fruit harmonizing well with mushroom. That mushroom, earthy character is more dominant on the palate with seems to expand into a long finish. Very elegant.
