Friday, December 7, 2012 - Clear pale lemon. On the nose, one can find pearch, cashew, pear. Medium body and medium acidity, well balanced and refreshing. After 90 minutes, the wine becomes a more complex, more flinty and wet stone swirled into the fruit. A cheerful white wine to start a wine lunch with friends!
