Wednesday, February 21, 2007 - Surprisingly light and unevolved in color. A somewhat muted nose, maybe a touch of wax and bright white fruits. Oh my, just gorgeously complex and kaleidoscopic on the palate, offering glimpses of a myriad of flavors, shifting every few seconds into a new gear. Deftly balanced sweetness and acid. Stunning!
