nose - very nice, lush, fruity - pit fruit as well as some tropical aromas such as mango. Has that petrol character
mouth - crisp, pure, reminiscent of spring water, the minerality on this wine shines and commands my attention as much as or more than the sweet and tart apple flavors. Very good acidity to boot. Here the minerality, acidity, and sweetness play off each other very impressively. Wish I bought more of this.
