Saturday, March 16, 2013 - Similar sensory impressions from a bottle opened four months ago, but more integrated and much more pleasing this time around. Aromas of green apple, lime, baking apple pie and freshly baked bread. On the palate, green apple and nutmeg, with vibrant, mouth-tingling acidity. Great juxtaposition of crispness and mouthfilling flavor. Spicy, very long (30 second) finish. Very fresh, with no hint of oxidation. Nice!
