The palate of this champagne had flavors of cranberry and pomegranate. I have not encountered champagne with such bitter red fruit notes before. The light tannins that had been present when first disgorged a few years back have been fully integrated. This is a good quality champagne but it is not my preferred style. I can see it being a bit polarizing for those who drink it.
