Monday, February 3, 2014 - Cloudy with suspended sediment. Wild cherry, a little strawberry, and a soda pop quality on the nose. In the mouth, grippy tannins and a fair bit of acidity join flavors of wild cherry and earth. This has noticeably more "stuff" than the Jeudi 15, thanks to the older vines and 100% whole cluster fermentation. Still, I'm not sure it's worth the 33% premium over the Jeudi 15, which is already excellent. Rated 1 on a scale of -1 to 3.
