Saturday, May 10, 2014 - Had this the day after the Vilmart had such a wonderful showing. This is a good, but not great champagne. It's got the lightly fruity start like a lot of roses, but where it falls down a bit is the very quick finish. It has flavor and then it's just gone. Relatively fine bubbles and they are on the softer side. Have a few more and planning a head to head champagne tasting in a few months so will be interesting to see how it compares.
