Saturday, May 31, 2014 - This was really fantastic bubbly. A dark, almost crimson color with a nose of strawberry, watermelon, and hints of bread. It is pure pleasure to drink with a crisp and delightful mouthfeel with plenty of red berry fruit. Pairs fantastic with a summer cheese/fruit plate for an appetizer. Really quite delicious and for the price a bargain in Champagne.
