Wednesday, December 10, 2014 - Popped and Poured.

There is a nice bright fruit forward nose with cherries, and vanilla.
The pallet is dark and brooding showing coffee, bakers chocolate, pepper. There is syrupy cherry and blueberry with some acidity to brighten. Nicely polished tannins.

I should have properly decanted this bottle so I will reserve official judgement for the next bottle. Otherwise it would have scored an 88
