pronounced developing aromas vanilla walnut ripe pineapple, lemons, cream and tertiary aroma of cauliflower
dry, creamy, medium plus acidity, high alcohol 14%
full body, rich mouthfeel, long finish
excellent with the exception of the alcohol
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like vanilla, walnut, green beans, lemon and pineapple. It tastes like honeydew, pineapple, banana, vanilla, oak, alcohol/hot and butterscotch. The body is full. The wine has oily texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.
