Friday, November 23, 2007 - Dark ruby. Barnyard, chocolate. Good black fruits like cassis. After the first fruitiness the acidity and paprika appear. It seams to me that the cabernet was not completely ripe. On the other hand, with the tannin as it has, this wine can improve the next 4-5 years
