On the palate red berries, some earth, bell pepper, laurel and other herbs and spices, firm acidity which is a bit aggressive and slightly sticky tannin. Fairly lean wine with some complexity. Also fairly elegant. There is enough bite for some more years of cellaring and I hope the acidity becomes a bit more friendly.
