Friday, December 11, 2015 - Light-medium salmon color. Split bottle over 2 hours with the tasting menu. Excellent nose with bright strawberries, apple, apple, skin, cream, and mineral. The palate is deep, vibrant, very clean with red fruit profile, strawberry, then cherry and hints of red raspberry with a back drop of apple, and apple skin, mineral, light chalk, good length. Even better than the first bottle this summer.
