Sunday, January 17, 2016 - Wow. An incredible wine. Dark crimson almost shimmers in the glass. A remarkable bouquet of tart (cranberry), sweet (strawberry and raspberry), savory (roasted meat, cedar), and spice (white pepper). Palate offers pure raspberry and black cherry -- gorgeous. The wine slides across the palate, lingering with a bite of graphite and mineral, counterbalanced with a nice hit of acidity. This will age a long time. Loved it.
