Monday, February 1, 2016 - Very light color - orange / red cherry with a clear rim. Don't let the color fool you - the nose is full, sweet and enveloping. Some spicy notes come through after 30 minutes in the glass. Mesmerizing. Light to medium body but loaded with extract. Sweet / tart personality that makes my mouth water. Green flashes on and off the finish. Changes sip to sip. A lovely wine to drink while watching the snow outside. Tainted a bit more than other recent bottles. (92)
