The color was dark and dense, light nose, great taste of mixed berries, vanilla with a hint of leather; well structured, great initial burst of flavor that held on through the mid palate. Long, perfect finish. Reminded me more of a Napa Caymus then a bold Super Tuscan. I can only imagine how this wine would have continued to blossom if decanted and left to breathe for a couple of hours.
