Friday, July 1, 2016 - (Post tasting post dinner drinks at JM's) Cola nut, bluefruits, dark floral perfume. Smoke and sour cherry, rose. Pinot-esque structure. Savoury dark earth, finishing with incense and patchouli showing, with sandalwood shavings. Elegant and intriguing! What a remarkable example of cool Victorian shiraz!
