Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - Loire Valley (Pearl&Ash, NYC): More of sour cherry taste as compared to two other sumurs in the line-up. Thought of a Volnay. Complex and layered wine, with sweet yet sour fruit contrasted against a touch of oak and leafy aromatics. Balanced. Very good.
