Thursday, December 1, 2016 - At Noosa. Pale green gold. This wine has a dramatic nose of white peach and nectarine, fresh lime with touches of honey and slate. The palate is intense with sparkling fruit notes and a fine acid grip balancing a quite rich sweetness. It has continued to slowly develop and is a beautiful example. Delicious with fresh seafood.
