Saturday, January 14, 2017 - Dark magenta, much richer and darker in style than typical Champagne, but maintains nice freshness. The nose has strawberry and raspberry, floral notes, hints of melon. The palate has nice depth and richness but still feels fresh and tasty with nice mousse. Quite tasty, but expect a different style of bubbly.
