Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - This displayed a dark, moody and almost savory bouquet with wild herbs, roses, plum, and undergrowth. On the palate, it was amazingly soft for Dolcetto with caressing ripe blackberry fruits and brisk acid thrust. It finished floral with an attractive bitter twang of herbs and tannin. Wow, Dolcetto lovers take note.
