Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - Decanted one hour. Great nose of sour cherry and rhubarb. On the palate sharply acidic and tart with pie cherry and cranberry flavors. Searing acidity on the finish. This has great potential but needs a lot more time. Hold for a minimum of 5 years.
